The work environment in times of the COVID -19 pandemic

Abstract
Introduction. A search is made a bibliographic review about the disturbance in the work environment by COVID-19 from the beginning of the pandemic to the present. Objective: Determine how COVID-19 has generated a negative impact on the organizational climate of many institutions and people and what trends there are in different countries around the world to deal changes it generates and what theoretical contribution is made according to the findings. Materials and Methods: This review was made from May to August 2021. It is a descriptive exploratory study. It had into two stages, the first one, searches the literature using primary sources, secondary sources obtained from from database of the different search such as PubMed, DOAJ, Redalyc, academic Google, EBSCO, Scielo and some tertiary sources; the second stage is based on the development of a data matrix that will be used for the analysis. 32 articles are selected. Results: A moderate incidence rate of COVID has been observed, which generate important changes in people and disturb the organizational climate, which is different depending on performance area. Conclusion: While the coronavirus pandemic lasts, it is important that directors establish strategies that integrate employees and promote safety and motivation.
