Administrative Management in School Coexistence: Reforms in the Context of the Pandemic

Abstract
The objective of this work is to show how administrative management in terms of school coexistence has been rethought due to educational reforms in the scenario of the Covid 19 pandemic. To do this through a qualitative approach, and making use of the documentary analysis a careful selection and interpretation of the information was made. The study revolves around three ideas: State of Coexistence Management before and during the pandemic, Educational Reforms on School Coexistence during a pandemic and the Implementation of reforms on coexistence in directive management. It is concluded that, in the context of distance education, educational policies regarding school coexistence should address this problem with greater relevance
