Technological disparity in education: What is the situation during the pandemic?

Abstract
Technological disparity is a problem of equal opportunities in the population of different sectors and in particular for the development of an emerging society with knowledge, for this a world view is contextualized in times of COVID - 19; Our country is multicultural, with traditions and in education with challenges, to reduce digital illiteracy, generate investment for students, design educational strategies and obtain a higher education with a future projection. On this basis, the restrictive barriers to development in the educational field are known. Therefore, this article presents a realistic research objective on technological disparity, digital divide, ICT in education in times of pandemic. In itself, the qualitative approach methodology and the type of study is a documentary review. In addition, the search for information was acquired from different databases from which 50 relevant articles were selected. Finally, it is concluded that in this pandemic situation, countries have addressed the issue of technological disparity in the educational system, adapting it to their own needs and realities, but some lowincome or low-interest countries continue to present this problem of technological inequal
