Abstract

The continuous and rapid succession of changes in job settings and content of occupations has exceeded the traditional response of vocational training courses supported with a beginning and an end and certifications given permanent validity. Also, the excessive availability of information empowered by ICT, has shifted the accent of what and how to teach, to what and how they learn.

Today vocational training institutions located in lifelong learning a new paradigm for work that is driven a new cycle of transformations before could measure the formation triggered by the number of open courses and quota offered to participants, with few exceptions, They never returned.

All of them should aim for high quality both contribute to increased competitiveness in a world of changing products and technologies, rapid obsolescence of knowledge and enhancement of learning achieved in the various areas of action of individuals to serve as instruments to improve the overall social and economic conditions, prevent and combat social exclusion and discrimination.
