The results obtained show that social or sociological factors directly influence the academic performance of students when considering that the family, the institution, the community and the workplace will modify the responses to learning, where it either improves or worsens, with risks of dropping out. That is why it is proposed that educational institutions must have personnel that support this vulnerable group through a strategic plan that involves the student's environment plus even the family, so that high-quality professionals can be trained for the labor market.
