The sense of employability within the framework of the objectives of sustainable development in higher education institutions
Main Article Content
Abstract
For a better contextualization of the situation at international level, not only employment in particular, but in other areas of sustainable development, we will introduce the main lines of what has led to the recent approval by the UN of Sustainable Development Goals ( ODS), or Global Goals for the period 2015- 2030. Higher global education is subject to enormous pressures, both exogenous factors and endogenous, which causes administrative and organizational conflicts of various kinds generating distrust in some social and productive sectors on the real capacity of higher education institutions in the generation of knowledge through educational and research processes and in turn oriented technology transfer to local, provincial and national development, this is a critical situation but not impossible to reduce the negative impact that results in higher education institutions.
To cope with the growing demands of the labor market based on the objectives of sustainable development, the Ministry of Higher Education (Senescyt) together with the Higher Education Council (CES), promotes the appreciation of the races, and the conversion of Institutes of Higher Education.
