Directive management and organizational climate in the Educational Institutions of Latin America

Abstract
The issue of directive management and organizational climate in educational institutions at the Latin American level has always been analyzed in a special way because it has now been developed last within a different context at the global level, for which an investigation can be generated where educational management, as a thematic category, it can come to play a trick on us if we do not clearly position ourselves in front of it and the current reality. This research is a review of how management and organizational climate have developed in educational institutions at the level of Latin American countries such as: Peru, Chile, Colombia, Brazil. For this, the following materials have been used: Excel, Word, Mendeley and different databases such as: Scielo, Dialnet and Google Academic where it has been possible to make various queries of articles that have been investigated from 2001 to 2020, allowing to find contributions, difficulties and gaps that can be complemented with new research. The research raises the need for the implementation of new educational policies and a search for dynamic, innovative and participatory strategies that encourages the proposal of new actions in order to achieve authentic quality education.
