Abstract
There is no legal industry that can exhibit a more accelerated and exponential growth in the last 60 years as tourism, if we exclude perhaps the computer sector: only in the decade that goes from 1997 to 2007, and as far as international tourism is concerned , The number of annual travelers rose from 594 million to 89815. But unlike the computer sector, tourism has been able not only to grow but also to overcome crisis. But what is especially striking is that it seems immune to structural phenomena which, by the very nature of the sector, should have irreversibly damaged it. Tourism nowadays has become one of the sectors of greater projection in Ecuador and has the backing of the government for its impetus and execution in the different subsectors, as well as the management that is advanced to the interior of the companies that It is more demanding and decisive in the tourism development of the regions to achieve its adequate impetus and development .. Based on this premise the present research focused on the analysis by applying a research tool of user satisfaction within the Sector of the country, a factor that is essential to take into account within the tourism industry, as well as determine the weaknesses and strengths of the guild and the possibility of improving the quality of the service and industry-level products on offer.
